Every water resistance level requires specific case construction, gasket materials, and crown sealing systems. We engineer the complete solution.
Splash Resistant
Suitable for everyday use. Resistant to rain and hand washing. Standard gasket and push-pull crown.
Water Resistant
Suitable for swimming in shallow water. Enhanced gasket system with screw-down or push-pull crown options.
Sport Water Resistant
Suitable for snorkeling and water sports. Screw-down crown mandatory. Reinforced case back gasket and tested to ISO 22810.
Diver Grade
Recreational diving applications. Requires helium escape valve option, double-sealed crown, and thickened case back.

Überarbeitung und Freigabe
Kundenbewertung mit Revisionsrunden nach Bedarf. Schriftliche Genehmigung vor Werkzeuginvestitionen für Massenproduktionswerkzeuge.
Massenproduktion

Crown size, shape, and position (3, 4, or 9 o'clock). Screw-down or push-pull. Chronograph pushers with custom profiles.
Crystal Options
Mineral glass standard. Sapphire crystal available for premium positioning. Flat, domed, or box-type profiles.
Case Back Engraving
Brand logo, serial number, water resistance rating, and custom text. CNC engraving or stamped embossing available.
