3-Piece Construction
Middle case, bezel, and case back assembled separately. Provides maximum design flexibility and ease of movement service.
Monocoque Case
Single-body construction with no case back seam. Superior water resistance and structural rigidity for sport and dive applications.
Screw-Down Case Back
Threaded case back with gasket sealing system. Standard for water-resistant models requiring reliable re-sealing after service.
Exhibition Case Back
Sapphire or mineral glass window revealing movement decoration. Premium presentation for mechanical and automatic collections.

Finishing
Surface treatment defines the tactile and visual character of your case. We offer multiple finishing techniques, often combined on a single case for contrast and depth.
Gold & Rose Gold IP
Electroplating-grade PVD. Available in yellow gold, rose gold, and champagne tones. 2-5 µm thickness.
Black & Gunmetal IP
Jet black and gunmetal PVD for tactical and sport aesthetics. Scratch-resistant, consistent batch-to-batch.
Two-Tone & Custom
Selective masking enables two-tone combinations. Custom Pantone-matched colors available for brand identity alignment.
Water
Resistance
Every water resistance level requires specific case construction, gasket materials, and crown sealing systems. We engineer the complete solution.
Splash Resistant
Suitable for everyday use. Resistant to rain and hand washing. Standard gasket and push-pull crown.
Water Resistant
Suitable for swimming in shallow water. Enhanced gasket system with screw-down or push-pull crown options.
Sport Water Resistant
Suitable for snorkeling and water sports. Screw-down crown mandatory. Reinforced case back gasket and tested to ISO 22810.
Diver Grade
Recreational diving applications. Requires helium escape valve option, double-sealed crown, and thickened case back.
Professional Diver
Maximum rating available. Monocoque or heavily reinforced 3-piece case. Full ISO 6425 dive watch specification compliance.

2D Drawing
Technical drawings with all critical dimensions confirmed before tooling. Includes case, crown, and case back specifications.
CNC Prototype
CNC-machined sample from solid material. Surface finishing applied for accurate representation. Fit and assembly verified.
Revision & Sign-off
Client review with revision rounds as needed. Written approval before tooling investment for mass production dies.

Case Shape & Style
Round, square, cushion, tonneau, or bespoke shapes. Bezel styles including flat, domed, rotating, or engraved.
Crown & Pusher
Crown size, shape, and position (3, 4, or 9 o'clock). Screw-down or push-pull. Chronograph pushers with custom profiles.
Crystal Options
Mineral glass standard. Sapphire crystal available for premium positioning. Flat, domed, or box-type profiles.
Case Back Engraving
Brand logo, serial number, water resistance rating, and custom text. CNC engraving or stamped embossing available.
Lug & Strap System
Standard spring bar lugs, quick-release system, or integrated bracelet attachment. 16mm to 24mm lug widths.
