I help watch brands understand custom watch manufacturing, sourcing, matériels, échantillonnage, production timelines, and the practical details behind building a real watch collection.
I spend a lot of time talking about watches... probably more than a normal person should. Most days, I’m helping people figure out how to turn watch ideas into real products — from materials, mouvements, cadrans, sangles, conditionnement, échantillonnage, production timelines, and all the messy little details in between.
A lot of watch content online is written for collectors. A lot of manufacturing content sounds like it was written by robots. Neither really helps someone trying to actually build a watch brand.
Basically... less fluff, more useful stuff.
Outside of work, I’m a mum of twins — one boy and one girl, which means life is never boring. I’m also raising a black-grey teddy mixed dog who probably thinks he owns the house.
I’m naturally curious. One day I’m researching watch waterproof testing. The next day I’m learning about Google Ads, Référencement, image de marque, or some completely random business idea.
I’m not a watch influencer. I’m not a journalist. Just someone who works close to real products, real suppliers, and real customer problems — and enjoys sharing what I learn along the way.
