From Concept
To Shipment
A transparent, end-to-end manufacturing process designed to bring your watch collection to market with precision, consistency, and clear communication at every stage.
A Structured Process
Built for Brands
Every watch we produce follows a defined development cycle. This process is designed to align product specifications, minimize revisions, and eliminate production delays -- giving brand owners and product managers full visibility from start to finish.
Whether you're launching your first collection or scaling an existing line, our team coordinates every stage through Shenzhen's supply chain with consistent quality standards for EU and US markets.

Production
Processus
Six defined stages from initial consultation to final shipment, with clear timelines and decision points at each phase.
90-120 Days
Conception et dossier
The process begins with a comprehensive design brief. You share your concept, références, brand identity, and target specifications. Our team reviews your requirements and provides initial feedback on feasibility, material options, and cost estimates.
- Define dial design, case shape, type de sangle, and movement specification
- Select materials: 316L stainless steel, mineral or sapphire glass, leather or mesh strap
- Confirm target quantity (MOQ 300-500 pièces par modèle) and budget range
- Branding elements: logo placement, packaging requirements, étiquetage

2D Drawing & Specification
Based on the confirmed brief, our technical team produces detailed 2D technical drawings for each component -- cadran, cas, mains, crown, and strap. These drawings serve as the official production reference and must be approved before sampling begins.
- Technical drawings for all watch components with dimensions and tolerances
- Color specifications, surface finishes, and printing/engraving details
- Movement selection confirmed: Miyota, Seiko, Ronda, or Sellita
- Client approval required before proceeding to sampling

Échantillonnage de prototypes
Once drawings are confirmed, our factory produces physical prototype samples. These samples are manufactured to the exact specifications and allow you to evaluate the look, feel, weight, and functionality of your watch before committing to mass production.
- Physical samples produced in Shenzhen using production-grade materials
- Incoming component inspection before assembly begins
- Samples shipped for client evaluation with detailed inspection report
- Typically 1-3 sample pieces produced per model

Révision et confirmation
After reviewing the prototype, you provide consolidated feedback. Our team implements the requested changes -- whether to color, finition, fit, or function -- and produces revised samples if necessary. This stage continues until the sample is fully approved.
- Structured feedback process to capture all required changes
- Revised samples produced for significant specification changes
- Written sample approval required before mass production authorization
- Golden sample retained as production reference standard

Production de masse
With the golden sample approved and production order confirmed, full-scale manufacturing begins. Our Shenzhen-based supply chain coordinates component procurement, assemblée, and in-process quality checks throughout the production run.
- MOQ: 300-500 pièces par modèle; larger quantities available
- In-process inspection during assembly to maintain consistency
- Water resistance testing per product specification (3-10 ATM)
- CE and RoHS compliance maintained for EU market requirements
- Production updates provided at key milestones

Final QC & Shipment
Before shipment, every batch undergoes a final pre-shipment inspection against the approved golden sample. Finished watches are packed according to confirmed packaging specifications and shipped via your preferred freight method.
- 100% visual inspection against golden sample standard
- Final water resistance and movement accuracy verification
- Packaging inspection: boxes, sangles, warranty cards, accessoires
- Pre-shipment inspection report provided to client
- Export to EU, NOUS, Australia and other international markets

Project Timeline
Estimated total duration from initial brief to shipment. Timelines vary based on revision rounds and order complexity.
Contrôle de qualité
Standards
Quality is not a final step -- it is embedded throughout the entire production process. Our multi-stage inspection protocol ensures that every watch shipped matches the approved golden sample and meets compliance requirements for your target market.
Inspection des composants entrants
Cas, mouvements, verre, sangles, and all components are verified against specifications before assembly begins.
Inspection en cours de processus
Assembly is monitored at critical stages to catch deviations early and prevent batch-level defects.
Test de résistance à l'eau
Each watch is tested to its rated water resistance level (3 ATM à 10 ATM) per product specification.
Inspection finale avant expédition
Full visual and functional check against golden sample before packing. Inspection report provided to client.
Conformité au marché
Products are manufactured in accordance with requirements for export to EU and US markets.
Movement Options
Sourced from established Japanese and Swiss suppliers, selected to match your product tier and budget.
