موك & التسعير
What is the minimum order quantity (موك)?
Our standard MOQ is 300-500 pieces per model. The exact MOQ depends on the watch style, movement type, and complexity of customization. For initial inquiries, we recommend sharing your target quantity early so we can advise on the most cost-effective approach for your project.
How is pricing determined for custom watches?
Unit pricing is based on several factors: case material (316L stainless steel, IP plating), glass type (mineral vs. الياقوت), movement selection (Miyota, Ronda, Sellita, etc.), strap material, dial complexity, and total order quantity. Higher volumes generally reduce unit cost. We provide a detailed quotation after reviewing your specifications.
Are sample costs included in the production price?
Sample fees are charged separately and are not included in the mass production unit price. لكن, sample costs may be partially or fully deducted from your first production order, depending on the order volume. We will confirm this arrangement in writing before proceeding.
Can I order different models in one production run?
نعم. You can develop multiple models simultaneously. Each model is treated as an independent SKU with its own MOQ requirement. If models share the same case or movement, we can explore options to optimize tooling costs and reduce per-unit pricing across your collection.

Sampling
What is the sample lead time?
Sample lead time is typically 30-90 أيام from design confirmation. The timeline varies based on the level of customization -- existing mold adaptations are faster, while fully new case tooling requires more time. We provide a confirmed schedule after reviewing your specifications.
What does the sampling process involve?
Before sampling begins, we provide a 2D technical drawing for your review and written approval. Once confirmed, we produce a physical sample. You review the sample, provide feedback, and we revise until specifications are met. Only after sample sign-off do we proceed to mass production.
How many revision rounds are included?
Standard projects include one to two revision rounds. Additional rounds may incur extra sampling fees. To minimize revisions, we recommend providing detailed reference materials, pantone color codes, and precise specifications at the brief stage. Our team will flag potential issues before production begins.
Can I use an existing design or reference watch?
نعم. You can share reference images, mood boards, or physical samples as a starting point. Our team will assess feasibility and advise on any adjustments needed to suit production requirements. We do not reproduce trademarked or proprietary designs from third-party brands.

Lead Times
What is the mass production lead time?
Mass production lead time is typically 45-60 أيام after sample approval and production deposit received. This covers component procurement, حَشد, quality inspection, and pre-shipment preparation. We provide a production schedule at order confirmation.
What is the total timeline from inquiry to delivery?
For a new custom model, the full timeline from first inquiry to goods delivered is typically 4-6 months. This includes design alignment, 2D drawing, أخذ العينات (30-90 أيام), revisions, إنتاج متسلسل (45-60 أيام), and shipping. Planning ahead is strongly recommended for seasonal launch windows.
Can lead times be expedited?
Rush production may be possible depending on current factory capacity and component availability. Expedited orders may involve additional fees. We recommend discussing your deadline at the inquiry stage so we can assess feasibility and advise accordingly. Reorders of existing confirmed models generally have shorter lead times.

What components can be customized?
Virtually every element of the watch can be customized:

What watch styles do you manufacture?
We produce a broad range of styles including minimalist dress watches, chronographs, sport watches, field watches, and fashion watches. Both quartz and mechanical movements are available. We work with your brief to match the right movement and case architecture to your brand aesthetic.
What water resistance levels are available?
Water resistance is available from 3 أجهزة الصراف الآلي إلى 30 أجهزة الصراف الآلي, depending on the case design and gasket specification. Higher ATM ratings require specific case construction and are confirmed during the design stage. All water resistance ratings are tested before shipment.
Do you offer custom packaging and branding?

Packaging is designed to align with your brand identity and meet retail or e-commerce shipping requirements. Packaging specifications are confirmed separately from the watch itself.

What quality control steps are in place?
We apply quality checks at every stage of production:

We retain the approved sample as the golden reference standard for all subsequent production runs. Component suppliers are verified and locked in after the first approved batch. Reorders use the same specification sheet, ensuring consistent color, dimensions, and finish across batches.
Can I arrange a third-party inspection before shipment?
نعم. We welcome third-party inspection agencies (such as SGS, Bureau Veritas, or equivalent) and will coordinate factory access accordingly. Please inform us at order confirmation so we can schedule the inspection within the production timeline without causing shipment delays.

Certifications
Are your watches CE and RoHS compliant?
نعم. Our watches are manufactured in accordance with CE and RoHS requirements for the European market. CE marking confirms conformity with EU health, safety, and environmental protection standards. RoHS compliance ensures restricted hazardous substances are within permitted limits. Documentation is available upon request.
What compliance documentation can you provide?
We can provide CE Declaration of Conformity, RoHS test reports, material safety data sheets (MSDS), and nickel release test reports where applicable. If your target market requires additional documentation (e.g., REACH, CPSC for the US), please advise at the inquiry stage so we can assess requirements.
Are your products suitable for sale in the US and Australia?

We communicate primarily via email and WhatsApp, with a dedicated contact person assigned to your project. We provide regular updates at key milestones -- drawing approval, sample dispatch, production start, and pre-shipment inspection. All approvals and specifications are confirmed in writing to maintain a clear record.
Do you support repeat orders and ongoing supply?
نعم. We are structured to support long-term supply relationships. Once a model is approved and produced, reorders use the retained specification sheet and golden sample for consistency. We maintain component supplier records to ensure continuity across multiple production runs. Many of our clients place regular seasonal or replenishment orders.
